CONDITIONS OF SALE, WARRANTIES & GUARANTEES

ValueBeltsPlus will not be held responsible for failure of delivery by a foreign or domestic carrier. No purchases are insured against theft or loss by ValueBeltsPlus or carrier unless requested and paid for in advance by the buyer. Primary carrier is USPS. Any failure of delivery results require the buyer to file a complaint with USPS for a refund or reimbursement. We will not refund or send another item if USPS fails to deliver the item(s) you purchased. This policy applies to damage by the carrier to the contents of the package and requires the buyer to contact USPS regarding any damage/mis-handling or other results in the delivery process.

ValueBeltsPlus reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantities. ValueBeltsPlus reserves the right to cancel or revise its refund, exchange or return policy without prior notice. In addition, ValueBeltsPlus reserves the right to block or prevent anyone from making purchases from our store and to limit the quantities sold to any party. 

CONDITIONS OF SALE

Conditions of Sale: The seller ValueBeltsPlus agrees to process and ship any order placed with ValueBeltsPlus within three business days following receipt of payment unless otherwise provided for. Buyer agrees that ValueBeltsPlus shall not be held responsible for any non-delivery or delay of delivery by any common carrier selected or used by ValueBeltsPlus. Item purchased is as is with no returns or exchanges available to the buyer of any custom made item. Payment received from buyer is acknowledgement of an agreement to Conditions of Sale and precludes any agreement with any 3rd party involved in this transaction between buyer and seller ValueBeltsPlus.
