The thick cowhide leather we use is stain resistant top grain vegetable tanned cut from double backs...the best portion of a hide. 

A non-transferable dye permeates the leather to make it resistant to stains and normal wear.

The backs are smooth with the edges hand-glazed...providing a smooth professional finish that will look great on any bag or purse.
